To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a written explanation (letter or email) describing the issue and need for a refund.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not qualify for a refund but can be exchanged if proven defective.

If you got to a movie theatre and watch the whole movie, but don't like the ending, you don't get a refund. If you go to a movie theatre and the movie doesn't play, has bad sound or the lighting is bad, you do get a refund.
